Interest Rose's pendant from Star Wars The Last Jedi - Space jewelry!

it's probably golden bronze. I'm trying to figure out which metal to use to get it right.
Yeah I see a pic above now but in the VD it looks gold..oh wait now it looks like a dirty white ARGH not this again!

So the only difference I see between Paige's and Rose's are the necklace material. Both are shown in the VD.

Looks gold to me also.....by the way as an aside I loved the rings Carrie Fisher wore throughout this film so if anyone sees anything similar please shout out.

I know the Disneyland Props are not screen used but when I saw Rose’s Pendant on display it definitely was gold. No question and it has a silver metal cord.

Yeah saw the movie for the 3rd time today and you can differentiate between the pendant and the silver (almost metal) cord. BUT it is not bright gold. It is very light but still gold. It also really shows when a character not named Rose uses it for a certain purpose!

Wasn't it IDed as a special kind of silver in the movie? It definitely looks silver here.

Perhaps Paige's was gold?

That’s a perfect point. Definitely gold in that scene.
I know the picture that shows it being silver as well. The picture was from the EW article and I feel like those were staged promo photos after the movie was shot. Either EW did some editing or they are using different props. Her uniform appears more weathered than the movie and her makeup and hair look slightly different.

Last thing I want to mention about the Disneyland prop is that I found what the wire they had on it is called. “Steel Strand Wire” very low gauge I would assume. Not saying that is what was used in the movie for sure since a steel stranded wire would be very stiff and would look odd but that’s definitely what they are using at Disneyland.

A steel wire might make some sense for her. If you guys noticed she had a electrical wires as her hair tie.

Last point - in the the new Cobalt Squadron book they specifically describe it is a "pale gold"

I wonder if making it in polished brass would look right

Coming late to this, but I've seen the film twice and say gold. My wife who loved jewellery agrees! However, it is a very pale gold. Almost, but not quite, electrum even. I think bronze would be too dark. A pale brass may look right.

The one I was thinking of was gold.

But to someone's previous point they could be 2 different colors one for each sister. They have a yin yang feel which is reminiscent of the themes of light, dark, and balance of the film as well as the jedi yin yang in the room on Ahch-To

This is a photo of a ring I made, in three finishes. From left to right is brass, bronze, and then gold plated brass. I like the far left one, it's light colored and golden.

I had a slightly different thought on the whole color thing... What if both the "Silver" and "Light Gold" camps are right?... What if it were a Yin and Yang design... The pendants go together... One sister had Sliver, the other Gold.
