Rogue Trooper's equipment!

I have really enjoyed this thread. It brought back so many happy memories of reading all my mate's copies of 2000AD lol
Love what you are doing and someone here should photoshop you blue once you get all your kit together lol

Another character I loved was Torquemanda (Is that how it's spelt?) lol Love to see you give his weapons the same treatment:)

Regards
TAZ

Thanks Taz, im glad this thread brought back happy memories for you. 2000AD was the first comic that I ever read and after enjoying the stories and artwork on Judge Dredd I got hooked on Rogue Trooper and Nemesis/Torquemada big time. All my artwork for my school exams were based around these guys and enabled me to achieve a high mark as a result of my work:)

I will take some pics when this is done, blue make up and mohican then photoshop it and hopefully have some great pic's to post. I will have a go at crafting Torquemada's helmet/mask once this project is done so watch out for a new thread on this in the near future:):thumbsup

Helm was made by Jason Wilbourn, a modeller and prop maker as a hobby piece for himself. Check out his site, www.stentorindustries.com he has made lots of other items.

Technically, Helm was a Termight Replicas prototype which didn't generate enough deposits to go to a full run. Click HERE for the original page.

Thanks for the heads up on this Wake, I hadn't seen this on your website before as I only came across your site in 2007. It's a shame that there isn't enough interest in the various 2000AD characters to make more of this sort of thing.

This only drives me, even more to make my own props from my fav characters. I have since added a helmet strap to Helm and removed the adjustable strap along the back as it could be seen when the helmet is worn. Hope you liked my attempt at Gunnar and be sure to continue following this thread as you will see more pic's of Bagman as the build progresses:)

Cool, you are soon ready to take on the norts! ...or was it the southers? I keep forgetting!

The Norts were the enemy, the Southers created and bio-engineered the G.I.'s. They were betrayed by the Souther Traitor General and all but wiped out when they were dropped into the Quartz Zone, only Rogue survived. This became known as the 'Quartz Zone Massacre' which is where Rogue's journey begins.:)

The Norts famous phrase when struck by fear after seeing Rogue was 'Stak' :lol and their rallying cry was 'Nordland, Nordland'

Hi everyone, haven't been on here for awhile, been a bit sidetracked restoring a Raleigh Grifter MK2 but that's another story.
Here are some recent pic's of Bagman which is almost complete, i'll be taking this with some other stuff to the NSC event at Leicester on 26-27th September :thumbsup

Well as Shokk has revived this,i decided to take my dusty Gunnar off the wall and take some pics with Major Magnam.Gunnar was made the old fashioned way ,by hand back in 2009,the ony found part was the scope(playstation gun),the rest was plastic,MDF and 2 marbles and copper pipe .The Bio chip was cut by hand from sintra. As for Major Magnam,he was 3d printed about 2.5 years ago as a minature(it's how i do test prints) then a full sized one .Still gotta paint him when i find the time.As you can see by the Berreta m9 and the M4 these blaters are big
