So guys I've had the Batman dark knight and Judge dredd on hold so I could get this done for one of my buddies for this Halloween!
Hes a big guy at around 6'2" and 255!

Just wondering if anyone would have suggestions on how to make the sections covering the bicep, I'm guessing some kind of band that would be covered with wires?
Has anyone else ever made this section?
