i wish i could have bought that ^

but $6,600 for a HAND? Even if it was used in the movie

That's more than twice the price he was looking for.

I would say just read up on how to connect LED's - I would think you could build one yourself for about $10 in parts...

I just started going through the pep files and noticed that some of them don't have numbers. Is there a way I can add them at all ?
And, any recommendations for which unfolds to use ? I noticed a couple unfolds of each piece, I'm guessing of varying complexity.

There's a little button in Pepakura that has "123" on it, that's how you turn numbers on and off.

so...an update on the status of war machine

thanks to zabana I have a nice base from which to build my War Machine pep model, but work on the proper pep model is still a few weeks off...

for now I'm working with GraphicJordan to clean up and modify the model I got from Zabana so he can make a foam War Machine (or Foam Machine as I'm calling him)

once we've got that sorted out and my 1/6th War Machine arrives I'll start work on rebuilding and detailling out the proper pep version of War Machine

oh and for those of you looking for pdf versions of the files check back somewhere in the middle of this thread....a while ago someone converted all (or at least most) of the files to pdf...think the user name had 'frog' in it....

How much lift is there with the boots ?
I'm definitely going to have to scale the iron man build.

Hey ROBO, ya checked that out and the FROG did post them.... as pdo's
no as pdf's...:unsure ... just thought I let you know. Hope your (foam)war machine comes out really nice for ya.

oh sorry my mistake....lol....i thought it was him that did the pdfs but he did the letter sized pdo unfolds....i'm sure someone started on converting them to pdf....

i've got a lot on at the moment so i can't get to it just yet but if someone else were willing to do it you have my permission

just curious to see if any one has given a look at the Crossover program i mentioned a few pages ago for Mac. i have yet to hav occassion to look at it, but if it works for Pepakura i may just nab it and install mac on another partition on my linux machine (running WiNE) and toy around with it.

Does NOT work, for both Crossover and Crossover Games.
I've been trying to port it over to Mac using Wine and various Wrappers but have not been very successful.

people, i want to make a mark vi suit but the files are too big for me.

can someone please contact me via pm and please help me by scaling down the mark vi pieces to my size? I will provide asked measurements :D

i really need this guys, asap :) please please please if you know how to scale down properly contact me :D

I have said this before.. and I will say it again.

To run Pepakura Designer and Viewer on Mac you install Parallels. You then install XP via Parallels. It allows you to run Windows programs in coherence mode.. meaning you don't get the garbage that comes with Windows. You simply see the app you need and want to see. You can even throw it in the dock for easy access.

I use it just fine. There are also several other programs that do the same thing. Virtual Box, etc. Google goes along way.

to add to Graphic Jordan, YouTube is a fantastic source for tutorials on stuff like this. i've learned most of what i know about computers from youtube and my own personal trial and errors. And google.
