I am using this on my build when it is finished, i'am not fond of the idea of peering out through tiny slots in the helmet walking around crowded cons

hey i was actually just about to post....lol

apologies for not popping in and updating more often...

i've just about finished the lo-res model for Graphic Jordan to use for his foam build....and my hot toys 1/6 war machine will hopefully be arriving this week (it's been such a long wait...lol) and then I'll have all the reference i need to go on with the higher detailed pieces....

oh i don't know about that...lol...


an interesting factoid for you all....the iron man files have been downloaded on average around 2,700 times all up..... (1700 for the zip file and an average of about 1000 each for the other files)...

imagine if everyone built a suit....i'd have an army

lol robo's army of the damned! we can take over the world! lol

interestingly enough a friend of mine and i got to talking and repulsors might be doable - if you can get some of the gasses they use in ARC or MIG welding and an igniter of some sorts, the prob is that the tanks would have to be super compressed and the igniter would have to be aimed AWAY from your hands or you risk blowing them apart.

There wouldnt be a flame,im a welder and the gases they use for mig are called shielding(flux) gases,the most common gas used is a mixture of Argon,and Carbon Dioxide. If a 7000 degree piece of metal cant ignite the gas,i dont think a flame will.

i myself am starting on these files, had anyone here used jesmonite?? as i am going to used it indoors as it soooo cold outside
