REWARD! Firefly Ariel part help

I have everything identified, minus this one part, the big white think under the ID badge. I honestly have no idea what it could be. Any thoughts?

How it tapers down it look like those single serving pouches where you tear the end off. Thing is it looks solid and doesn't have the seams tough. My idea to replicate it would be to take a small travel size deodorant and then fashion the bottom from something then put it under a vaccuform table. That is if you can't get an id on this. Good luck.

I know I've seen the shape before. It looks like it might be a dispenser bottle of some sort. The type you would put in upside down.

Here's a better pic.
And no, I'm not talking about the reflective tape.

I was thinking thermometer too. I searched, and came up dry. I'm now thinking something along the lines of a syringe.

I'll offer up $50 to the person who can ID the part and provide a supplier/link/place to buy a few.

Hey Wes,
I talked to Lance about this and being that most of it is medical equipment, I asked my mom who is a nurse and she's pretty certain its a lancet device. Do a google search for "safety Lancet device" and you'll see several very similar items. Just have to track down the right brand. I'm also asking my sister-in-law who's a doctor. I'll let you know what she says.

example.

But aren't those lancets much smaller than the pictured item?

It could be some sort of insufflator, or just a weird bottle of some sort. Then again with the ribbing on the narrow bit, it could be some kind of case for a piece of equipment.

A friend of mine showed the pic to his girlfriend who's apparently a nurse. She said it looked like something for extractions, or maybe used to "thread" another piece of equipment. What I once used to think was a band on the thicker part could be the recession for a plunger type of mechanism, and the lower part does look like it opens up.

Hope that helps.

@TheVerseFirefly It looks like an older (Firefly would make it 10 years!) thoracic trocar by Ethicon.
