Reputable zentai manufacturer

My daughter wants to be Dark Phoenix Jean Grey for Halloween. I don't have the time or skill to make it myself.

I can find tons of web sites, eBay and Etsy listings for shiny metallic zentai Dark Phoenix suits. Some have pre-made XS size suits; some will make them custom-sized. It seems virtually all of them are based overseas.

Was wondering if anyone here has had a particularly good experience with any of these zentai sites, particularly those that make-to-order? I don't want to plunk down cash and have something show up that a.) isn't sized right; b.) doesn't look like the photo they published; or c.) doesn't show up in time. And then have a refund exchange become a total PITA.

Any info or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've used Zentaizone for a custom spiderman suit, and see they have a Phoenix option http://www.zentaizone.com/red-golden-phoenix-lycra-super-hero-costume-p-153.html

Suit was good, printing and sewing all looked good, and they were really helpful with extras to get it as I wanted it, but they misplaced the eyeholes (didn't line up with eyeholes in the face-shell I bought from them at the same time). Took a few days of conversation with them going off to check with someone before they agreed they'd made the error and they asked me to pay them some extra money for a replacement rather than me having to pay to post the original back to them.

The first custom suit shipped a couple of days longer than the stated creation time but post was really fast, the replacement took a few weeks to create so was a much slower process. But end result is decent, so I'd use them again as the price is pretty good.

No, they were really quick with communication. They slowed a little when I was asking for a refund on the first item, but also then apologized for the delay and explained they were checking my measurements with the folks who do the sewing. Generally the email communication was really good. Same day (24 hour) response was pretty standard (and usually a lot less, time zones permitting)
