Republic Commando Helmet?

Hello is there anyway to build the Republic Commando helmet out of eva foam? I've searched fierfeks files and searched the internet for a couple of hours. Cant seem to find any links. All the pep files I found were paper or too big to print off. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Adobe reader has a function to "posterize" oversized pages over multiple printer pages. you glue those pages together to get the final page. that way the template works on different paper sizes without relayouting

I've made a terrible RC bucket, but you might be more interested in this:

She makes an EVA foam helmet from Pep plans, and you may be able to do something similar for the RC helmet.
