Replacement tip for Uhura's Star Trek earpiece

I sometimes see people asking where they could find tips for Uhura's earpieces. The closest I have found to the Roddenberry tip has been Jabra clear gel bluetooth earpiece replacement tips. Figured this could be helpful for someone doing a search one day.

I was really going for appearance and planned on probably having to glue or fill it to make it fit perfectly. In rhetrospect, I should have waited, tried it, and then posted, but I was happy to find something that looked very close. I did expect some adaptation, but again, I will take pics and show how it fits.
