they are the same people that re-cast TMPs Ironman pieces and popped the rest from a statue. I think everything they sell is a recast of someone else's work.

Any idea on his Pulse Rifle?

The PR shown on that eBay page looks like the Comet Miniatures version (or a copy of it), it's easily identifiable because of the considerably oversized magazine-housing area.
