Recast alert: First Class Magneto Shaw helmet -Guess who is back

I just received a pm from XDprops explaining the photos.
His explanation is that his social media person was given the helmet to heavily modified to his own design and produce that for sale.
I have no problems with any one heavily modifying my work for their own design and sale.
But per XDProps facebook page:

I do not see the word "modifiy" anywhere on their facebook page regarding the first class magneto helmet.
And " final stages of preproduction" does not sound like wip.
