Rebel Fighter Cockpit Blueprints

Has anyone ever been able to get the measurements for any of the Cockpit sets of the X, Y or A Wing Fighters, The blueprints I've seen in the Star Wars Blueprints book don't provide anything specific.

Are you looking for blueprints of the full-size ships for the hangar scenes, or the actual cockpit sets? The Art of Return of the Jedi includes a couple of blueprint pages for the hangar Y-Wing (which I *believe* includes a scale, IIRC).

I couldn't find a copy of the images online with a quick google search, but I did run across this thread that may be the most compreshensive research piece I've seen online - basically a full design history of the Y from Cantwell's original prototype to the latest iterations (ought to be some useful info for you, if not the scale plans you're looking for):
