Yeah, just found out it's fake. The figures in that image are the prototypes made by Galoob back in the 80's.

I dig this whole concept. It isn't perfect at all but it's a really clever idea, my favourite example would be the entire Pulp Fiction line. Just straight out of nowhere. I hope they're still working on new stuff.

They are. The next ones up are classic Planet of the Apes, more Universal monsters and the rest of the cast from ALIEN.
