Super excited to see progress on this build, the Mk39 armor is an awesome suit! I'm using foam for mine and it's an interesting but challenging build!

Casting of helmets has started and the raw foam fabrication is done on all parts!

Now on to connecting it all together!

havent totally figured it out yet... i do have some smooth cast 325 here which is kinda clear, so i might hack out these eyes and replace it with those...
helmet faceplate will also be servo controlled and opening up so i can see where im walking and not smash into walls and people

awwww yiisss making good progress!
finished the torso and forearms aswell (not shown)

got better servos in so got to integrate that in the new helmet

suit needs to be ready in 2 weeks for Dutch Comic Con so the pressure is ON
