R6 (like R2) droid in the making

Hi all

I finally got round to adding a bit to my web site showing my R6 droid in the making. It will follow the step by step construction from start to finish.

Also if anyone else has made or is making a R5 or R6 droid, a chat would be good about stuff.

Last off as I made the dome today which is the same diameter round the base as the body, I don't think Kenny Baker gets anywhere near enough credit for sitting in the darn thing. I know he is not huge, but the room inside must have been very tight and uncomfortable. I would love to see a picture of him sitting in it, without the dome on, just to see how tight it was.
