Question about U.S, plastics

I just got my first order from U.S. plastics and some of it was missing. I used their online chat and the girl said they may have sent it to the wrong address. (Which I'm not sure I believe because all the paperwork says one package of one shipped.) Anybody else have problems with them or was I just unlucky in my first transaction? Thanks,

I've dealt with them lots of times and never had an issue. You probably just got unlucky.

I haven't dealt with them but I know of another place so you can have an option to choose from.

I'd agree it was just a blunder on their part. I place most of my sheet stock orders with them and have never had a problem. They have great follow up.
