Question about rodd.com mark x tric bodies... exciting project comming!

Hey everybody -
I am finally able to start working on a project I dreamed up years ago... something that I'm really excited about, and I need to ask you all a question.

I'm looking with someone with experience in Rodd.com tricorder bodies. Do you think the plastic would be strong enough for me to completely remove the main display screen area? Do you think the plastic wold warp around that section over time?
I'm really only looking for people that have experience with these trics. I need to be sure!

Ive done one build of a mark x tom Rodd.com before, and yes, I would say that the plastic is strong and thick enough to remove the screen area and the feast of the body would still be durable, as for warping over time I couldent say, I would think not, but can't say for certain. There kits are great, I highly recommend!
