Queen Studios TDK Batarang Prop Replica

Recently was able to pick up the Queen Studios TDK Batarang replica which is licensed in China. The base design nicely complements the batarang shape.

This replica was also included with their life-size bust:

Comparison
Comparing with the Noble Collection version (clear cover from Noble Collection case removed):

The Queen Studios version is a bit bigger:

Thoughts
Comparing the two, Queen Studios replica has a better weight and looks more accurate to the color from the movie. The Noble Collection replica at approximately 19cm x 6cm seems closer to the majority of the batarang props. The Queen Studios replica is approximately 22.5cm x 7cm. As there were many batarangs made for the series, it may be possible that the Queen Studios replica was based on a different version of the prop.

The Queen Studios batarang shape looks closer to the version in the movie. The Noble Collection noticeably rounds the edges a bit more, while the Queen Studios version has sharp points. I accidentally stabbed my hand with the bottom point while handling the Queen Studios replica.

The Queen Studios base feels like a step up from what Noble Collection used and works better for placing on a shelf. The Noble Collection replica has a case with a wall hanger on the back, but otherwise feels a bit simple.

Thanks for sharing! I hadn't seen in hand photos of the QS batarang. Not many, if any, US retailers seem to have availability.
