is the boot supposed to be metal armour? or a softer material? i ask because if you are going for metal, i would smooth out the surface before you add any detail.
looks a bit bumpy. cheers though. it's nice to see some clay slinging.

After shaving the crap out of the boot to make it less bumpy..its still a bit bumpy but I think her boots would be soft to make them wearer friendly!

Bio mask trimmed, sanded, eye holes and top of mask cut, sealed with resin fiberglass sealer...

Oh and here is the spear wrapped in brown leather hot glued..

Right thigh knife holder almost done just need to add a bit of foam to hold the knife on and the chain when it comes in the mail

Nah the boots are in my original feet which are huge! I will have platform thongs inside my new feet!

Just an update I did a terrible job with the boot as the mould I did was **** house and didnt pull off the skulpt well. But I still got a latex pull and they dont join up so I am trying my best to fix it together and I WILL get it done but a lot of fiddling around. I have now learnt the right way to do my mould. Can I just say too that I have made the ultracal work really more effectively without a big pouring mould. What a waste of ultracal that would be! I just paint it on! But anyway hopefully one day the boots will be replaced but the ones I have done for now will suffice!

Oh btw yes the paint is hammer spray paint I love that stuff! And just a light spray of black particles over the top! Going to use gold hammer paint on the gauntlets when Bunnings gets it in for me.

So far every thing looks wonderfull. To bad the boot did not work the first time it was awesome.

Another update. I beleive I will get my female head tomorrow in the mail! Can't wait! I got my air compressor today just waiting for the air brush kit. I finally got my chain in the mail and added it to the spear and thigh armor. I am thinking of adding a string of skull beads to the spear. Just need to find a gold charm of some sort for the ends of the spear chain.

Here is my mobile phone and credit card pouch! It slots on the old pred belt and any other belt. It has a velcro closure.

And here is the boots roughly put together. I have worked out I am really crap at putting latex together so will be re-reading the threads.

I think I will reinforce the insides with hard foam and under the thongs inside them too. Just so they dont flop around.
So next I will be air brushing the boots and sticking leather onto them where it needs to be. And puting dreads into the mask tomorrow!

I started airbrushing my crappy boots today too but will hopefully cover the crappy bits with brown material which will appear to be leather strapping etc yeh it will hopefully turn out lol.
