Puff paint recommendations for a symbiote spider costume

I'm getting this as a spider costume I plan on customizing a lot. Im going to get it with screen printed emblems and puff paint the webbing. Im looking for advice on which brand of puff paint to use and what color you all might think would match. Should I mix the puff paint with liquid latex or anything?
