problems with fan universe creations uk

Just curious, but if they're using someone elses Yoda pictures could they just be buying someone elses work and reselling it on eBay at a markup?

That's why items are late or absent, they're acting as middle men claiming the work is theirs?

Haven't looked into this at all just an idea that came to mind, throwing it out there.
 
4 days have passed since my response from FUC claiming that my cowl will be dispatched within 10 days....anybody wanna bet on the outcome to this?? 6 days left and counting. I have a feeling that I won't be receiving my order within the time they specified!!!
 
With them using photos of other makers props was the reason myself and couple of friends thought they was recasting
 
Hey guys, just thought I would help out as I got stung by FUC as well..fortunatly for me I managed to persuade them to let me pick up my gauntlets..so I can tell you the truth about the set up. Its a european girl and I think her boyfriend who keep messing people about because they simply cannot keep up with amount of orders...yet seem to like to keep taking the money. When I showed up she was covered in resin and urethane and it was clear she was working from home. I know how frustrating it is so here is the address if anyone wants to go to get some answers here you go..142 Tolcarne Drive HA5 2DR. I've had the same issue. I ordered my TDR cowl, neck armour and cape back in November. I've had the same problems with emails being ignored and garbage replies blaming hospital stays. At one point they said I paid them into an old PayPal account that doesn't get checked and they ACTUALLY refunded me. However I then paid them AGAIN into a different account before I had any idea all this mess was going on.
So since then I've been having more unanswered emails again and again until a few days ago when I received that same email from Peter ignoring my refund request and saying they are making my order a priority. I guess all we can do is either hope and pray our items arrive or just keep hassling them.
 
It really is getting silly, such a shame that things have gotten into such a mess. Have tryed sending emails, RPF pms and now have just sent a message to their facebook page. Have been asking for a refund but no replys as of yet :-(

Yeah ive tried a couple of times, but have withheld my number so they dont answer..

So after 10 days has past and the supposed take over from Peter sorting out all the problems that Selena created (bullsh*t), still no order and still no response to emails.

FAN UNIVERSE CREATIONS are ignorant, lie spouting, robbing, theiving, money laundering scum paying for some little pop wannabe to go globe trotting and spending all the peoples hard earned money and not bother sending out products!

Right.........slight turn in events.
My friend won a Batman 1:1 mask and neck armour on Ebay from FUC a couple of weeks ago, just to p*ss them off as he's been waiting since November for his. They keep trying to send him an invoice for the money but he wont pay. Then they sent a cancellation form to cancel the order, but he's just cancelled that and kept the original Ebay sale. So they issued a none payment reminder on Ebay, (even though they have been caught shill bidding on Ebay and Ebay were taking action against them) and a woman by the name of Annie Kleper, from Tolcarne Drive, Pinner, London, popped up with the invoice to send payment to! Same as the address from above.

My cowl and neck armour are due tomorrow if the original e-mail from FUC can be trusted.....I've contacted them today to see if it is ready for shipping but haven't had a response yet!!

btw i wouldnt get youre hopes up. I hope it does but going off past delivery dates for everyone else, it'll be 6 months late. :-(
 
Yeah according to an email my cowl should be set to be "shipped" tomorrow as well but since they've been saying the same stuff since November I highly doubt it
 
I ordered mine in November, had the usual excuses from Selena, and now have had the '10 day' shipping promise from Peter at FUC. As I say, I've had no response now that I'm trying to chase it up....not looking good!

Will do.....although I'm sure I've been fobbed off again with more excuses. Just wish I could get a refund and go elsewhere to somebody more reliable. To make matters even better I've had to lie to my girlfriend as to how much I actually paid for it, as she doesn't understand my movie prop collection hobby lol
 
If anyone gets or got there items from FUC post pics please. I ordered from them last year and I want to see pics of the real deal batman props.
