problems with fan universe creations uk

Is it a UPS tracking number by any chance?

you are the lucky man who get a tracking information..
I won't feel lucky until I actually receive my cowl....but a quick update....apparently my parcel has been received by the courier now. Maybe there is some hope.

That's great. I basically said the same thing to him and before I knew it I received a tracking number yesterday. Looking on the courier website it had been generated a day before that. I'd given up hope earlier today as it still hadn't been received by the courier, but tonight I've checked and it has been collected by them.
If we are lucky then FUC will start honouring our orders and give everybody what they ordered and soon. I'll keep updating on here and if I do receive it I'll post pics for everybody to see.

Fully agree....it's completely wrong.
It annoys me that they still list items on eBay and on Amazon, stating that delivery will be around 6-10 days. I don't think any of us have had a truthful reason from them as to why our orders are taking so long.
If I could go back and change my order to a different prop maker I would, but the best I can hope for now is to receive my order and be 100% happy with it. It makes me mad that we are people who have to earn our money through hard word in order to fund our collecting. My collection of props is nowhere near as big or fancy as many on here, but I buy one or two pieces as and when I can afford it. To have to wait half a year for an item to be delivered, whilst having my girlfriend moaning at me for collecting stupid things, is not good enough. I'll have to be very selective in the future, if only to keep a happy household lol

Sadly after weeks since sending yet another email asking about the gauntlets (and no reply) I have sent a message to let them know that I will be reporting them to Paypal, amazone and ebay. These guys are just taking the **** now. I cant believe there are still so many folk on here that are still waiting with no luck, and fan universe creations still have the two faced cheek to still be selling their stuff on amazone, it really is disgusting. Hope the people who have had a response are actually lucky enough to receive their goods.

Hi guys. Sorry for the delayed response. Business travel and life. I just received my new replacement gauntlets today after the ones they sent me in March (after 6 months of waiting) turned out to be pure trash. I will be posting pix of the two pairs later on this week when time permits. These new ones are MUCH better that the ones they sent me in March. Not as flimsy - one from my first order ripped when I tried to put it on - but still a bit small for the average arm. The velcro straps are a major improvement however. They also sent me the replaceable fins this time, which were missing from my last order. I'm going to try and get pix posted this week, as I said. Look for the album from KAGE Photography. We took those pix a few weeks ago. I was wearing the OLD gauntlets, including the one that tore when I tried to put it on over my sleeve. We managed to velcro and stitch the pieces onto my jacket for the shoot, and photoshop out any tell-tale signs of damage. I also had to spend several hours securing the fins so they didn't spring out too much. The new pair I got today resolves this issue. Anyway, the photographer did a great job as you will see. Lots of good shots of FUC product on a UD suit. The cowl, cape and gauntlets are all FUC. I have a neck piece too, but it's far too delicate and uncomfortable to wear when staging fight scenes. I was wearing a diving hood in these shots. "Like" the page so I can keep in touch with everyone.
Oh, and FUC... I know you're watching this thread... this is NOT an endorsement of your products and services. Although you have come through for me you have yet to come through for others and I am still actively warning people to stay away from you guys. I will also note the pictures on my Facebook page are copywrited by KAGE Photography. Don't even DARE to make copies and use them to showcase your products. Like I said, we did a lot of photoshop and on-set rigging to make those non-hero grade garbage gauntlets of yours look good. But I will say these new ones are far superior and leave it at that.

As of this morning my gauntlets were still listed as being in Toronto. An hour later they showed up at my door. They sent them by Royal Post and I signed for them. Royal Post has terrible tracking. Still shows them as bieng in Toronto, even though they are sitting on my desk.

My cowl and neck armour arrived this morning but I haven't seen it personally due to it being sent to my parents house (will be collecting it tomorrow). I asked them to check through the box and apparently there was no display stand or styrofoam head included. Did anybody else get these with theirs? The original e-mail from FUC said I would also get these items. I'll post pics on here as soon as I get my cowl, but bear with me because I won't be able to display them properly lol.

very good news: today i received also my package! the cowl is very nice, the cape also. i will upload later some pictures. so in my oppinion the products are great but i don't know.. i can't recommend the service of fan universe creations. i have to wait more than six month.. and that's not fair - it's only a cowl and a cape.. not a full suit.. why soo long?!
