problems with fan universe creations uk

Hi,

for some reason I stopped getting notifications from therpf. Not sure why. I'm very sorry that some of you are still waiting. I am honestly doing the best I can you don't even know the nightmare I am living right now. I don't even know who you are because you won't publish your real name here, so how can I know which one of the 300 orders I have yet to fulfil to either send the product or refund? If you are going to publish other people's names and email addresses on here, then please at least let me know who you are so I can identify you as a customer.
If you could see what's really going on over here, if you could see that there's a PERSON at the other end, not just a name and an email address, then maybe you'd see that posting names and email addresses and calling anyone out to step up and refund those orders that "Selena claims" to be buried under - will NOT improve ANYTHING - it will only make it WORSE! I'm very sorry, I have been polite and apologetic but I already sacrificed my health to the point of hospitalisation once I'm not going to do it again. I am doing the best I can, please can more people who got their items post on these forums. I just don't know what to do anymore....

now I'm really really sick, no response to any of the last email.
I understand the delay but a response is not asking much.....
 
Same here, I've been waiting since November and I actually messaged them on Facebook and through email asking them for a refund and no response. It really bothered me that the guy we all sent out money too is busy making pop music.....
 
Just to let people know as myself and a friend are also having massive problems with fan_universe_creations (orders placed last September) is that all the items that theyve been selling have been shill bid on to raise the price massively. If you look at the bidding history of the items it shows a member in the bidding list as g***i (11 stars) has bid on everything, winning Batman Cowls and then bidding again on the exact same item when relisted to inflate the prices.
Or on the other Ebay page fan_universe_creation_shop its t***y (6 stars) bidding the items up that have been previously won .

Dont be fooled - Yes this is all under the same Selena Johnson who is currently "packing my item ready for shipping with a courier", "collected tonight" - 8 weeks ago. What a load of rubbish, shes been ripping people off under whatever name that theyve been using on Ebay. Amazingly still selling items to make orders that they cant cope with or supply the people who have been waiting over 9 months for items that were supposed to be with them in January. The sooner everyone stops buying off them the better it will be.

Stay away people it'll only get worse.

Wow that's ridiculous, these people really need to be stopped. On their Facebook page they have now deleted every post they've ever put. All that is left are the same basic photos of what they are claiming to sell. I might try giving them a call because this has truly got out of hand.
 
I have been waiting since sept. that Selena woman was sending me emails when she posted earlier in this post and promised me I would get my gauntlets by the next week. That was two months ago I have been sending regular emails and no response pretty sure this is a scam which is weird cause I got my cowl and neck armor right away and it's actually very nice.
 
Guys, we need to escalate this with the authorities. FUC is screwing us. I already have 11 people who want to join the lawsuit. Message me directly if you want me to add you to the growing list. Here is a copy of the email I just sent Selena and my lawyer after I spoke with him tonight:

Selena,

I'm at the end of my patience with this nonsense. Each week you give me a new excuse and a new estimated delivery date. Or you ignore me completely. This has been going on for almost two months. I've had enough. It's been 8 months since I placed my initial order!!

I spoke to my lawyer today and consulted with eBay and PayPal management. I have almost two dozen private eBay and email messages from customers who are as angry with Fan Universe Creations as I am. We have agreed to take joint legal action against you. And I will continue to discourage potential new buyers to avoid your company throughout the prop replica and costuming community until the law shuts you down for good.

How can you guys justify your actions? You're now developing a new Yoda replica but can't manufacture and ship orders that have been waiting for over 6 months??! You need to get your priorities straight.

You have one week to deliver my replacement gauntlets or issue me a full refund. I expect you to do the same for all the other pissed off customers you've been ignoring. One week! No more excuses. If you value your credibility as an artist and don't want criminal fraud charges laid against you I suggest you take our complaints seriously this time. I warned you two months ago that we were ready to file fraud charges. You've had plenty of time to comply but the grace period has expired.

Note: a copy of this email has been forwarded to my lawyer at his request.

Here is the latest response I got from FUC this morning. It remains to be seen if this is just another smokescreen or not. Time will tell. In the meantime, for those who want to get on board with our legal action, please message me.

As we have already sent you your order, there is no need for questioning if we will send your item. However now that I am alerted to the situation that Selena has caused I’m able to act upon your request immediately to send you your replacement Gauntlets with replacement fins included.

We have many items already in the finishing stages for all of our previous customers and yours will be one of those orders that are finished to hero film grade level by the end of this week.

I sincerely do apologise for this.
Please let us know when you receive your item.

That sounds like a cover up, what a load of crap!

Selena is apparently the only person who works at FUC so why dissappear and still sell the same items and where has Peter come from all of a sudden????
 
I agree. This sounds very suspicious to me, which is why I'm still going forward with the joint legal action, regardless if I get my replacement gauntlets or a refund. There's something wrong here, and these people are not doing anything to restore my faith in their business. One of the other guys I've spoken with has also received messages from someone other than Selena. But this guy's name was James. Then Anna. Then Peter. All of them contradict each other. One says the items have shipped (note - customer wanted REFUND). Then was told the item was lost in transit. Then told they goofed, it hasn't shipped yet, etc etc. The customer wants a REFUND but they seem to be missing that point altogether and tip-toe around it.

As another PRF member pointed out - Selena admitted to having over 300 orders to fulfill. That's roughly £53,400 or $83,400 US. So where did all this money go? Why can't they refund a few hundred dollars without issue? Logic dictates they spent the money. And I have no doubt the owner, Andrew the pop-star, used it to fund his music aspirations. I contacted him via his YouTube page and challenged him to prove me wrong. But I don't think I am. When we file the suit against these guys the courts will seize their financial records and it will all come out against him. That is unless they falsify their records, in which case they will just keep burying themselves further.

Once again, guys, I am looking for existing customers who have been waiting on their orders since 2013 to come forward and lend your voice to our legal suit. We need to put FUC out of business or at best hold them accountable for all the BS they've been feeding us for the past year to get our money back. It's a shame it's come to this. I really liked my cowl, neck and cape I got last summer. But the gauntlets I got in March (which I ordered Oct. 3/13) were garbage that didn't remotely resemble the ones they advertised. All the delays, lies and runarounds are inexcusable. It's time to take the power back.

Where will you file this? How will we continue with this? I haven't gotten response since the response from them in this thread..
 
Oceal, send me a private message and I will share the details with you. As well, anyone else who is waiting for product from FUC should message me privately. There are some specific considerations that need to be addressed since this is an international lawsuit we are pursuing.
 
These guys sound like crooks hope all goes well with the cowl. Not sure what you paid but reevzFX is top notch and does far better quality with his work.
