HOLY CRAP BAT FANS!
My friend has just text me and said that his Batman 1:1 Cowl and Neck Armour have just turned up. Delivered by a courier. (he ordered November)
Just sent me this picture through and said i 'll post it for him. Said its really good quality but doesnt get away from the fact its been 7 months since ordering it though!
Theres hope for everyone yet!

I've been waiting for 9 months. Got a guarantee off Peter that I'd have my order in 20 days which has now expired. I've sent him a threatening email telling him I will report him if I don't receive my order by the end of next week. No....mine arrived a couple of weeks ago without the mannequin head or stand. I emailed them about it and was told that the old prop makers used to supply these, but now the new team no longer supply them.
I've had to order a mannequin head from Amazon, which still hasn't arrived, and therefore I can't display my cowl properly.

I ordered all my stuff in November. I am going to give it until the end of the month. If not, threatening letter will be sent.

I keep posting to their Facebook page to the point that they banned me from posting. I can no longer put anything on their page. So my friends started posting on my behalf and now they have all been banned too. I have no choice but to report them to the police as fraud thieves. All my friends are doing the same.

"Fan Universe, this is the last email I will send before I proceed to take serious legal action. I have waited 7 months and lie after lie saying to expect my item in 2-3 weeks. I have requested a refund numerous times and always get no answer. I cannot wait any longer and I am demanding a refund for my item as soon as possible."
And they said this:
"thanks for your message.The business has had change of hands and we have been working through most of the outstanding orders that were taken by the previous members of staff, and are happy to say that your order will be shipped within 2 - 4 weeks made to movie grade level.
Thank you again for your purchase and your patience and our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

that was the 3rd email I sent in the last month. They rarely respond to me I think you only did because I threatened them, and they basically gave me the same response as always.
