All pics are at: http://www.thehunterslair.com/gallery/album/195-backpack-and-shoulder-cannon/

On the other side of the cannon it's pretty clear which one this is.

If you have the Falcon kit, you should be able to match those up easily.

I have an AT-ST (Scout Walker) kit on the way. With it in hand, I should be able to ID more parts on the pack and cannon.

Yes, they are going to go a long way in helping me accurize my pack and cannon. Thanks so much for posting the pics, Art!

It's funny, when revamping and wrapping up my backpack last year, I identified every one of those exact pieces as described in this thread and had them all in my greeblie box, except the AT ST part, which I replicated as a digital model and had Scott Andrews print out. Yep, there's all kinds of goodies embedded in the P1 suit.

Ironically enough, Carl, yesterday I stumbled across an old pic of your pack in progress from last year, and my initial found Falcon piece was right on there in the clay, and I thought, "Well, apparently Carl nailed that one already, but he didn't get the AT-ST." I was actually going to shoot you an email to see if you had figured that one out yet.

Do you know what the big partially corrugated discs are outside of the smaller round Falcon pieces are?

I "may" have found another part, this time on the blade gauntlet.

The blade gauntlet is a dilemma because there are no good pics of it whatsoever, but I've suspected there are a lot of found part greeblies on it.

The top has been something I've really wanted to try and nail, and I think I have a likely suspect for that piece, especially considering all the other Falcon parts I've found on the pack.

I've marked what I believe are matching landmarks. Sorry, but the flash on my camera really skews things. If you happen to have an MPC Falcon model, hold this part with a light beyond it and watch where the shadows pop up.

I believe this might be the right piece for a number of reasons. It would be about the right size, the landmarks, the use of so many other Falcon parts, etc.

If this was the same part, some sort of additional greeblie would have been added to the fron left side. Also, they would have trimmed down the back side areas, going in closer to the outer two landmarks in the rear. And sure enough, on the real gauntlet, this area looks to have had something done with it. It's not a straight line going back, but sort of rounded along the righthand side. Another reason I think this might be the correct part.

Anyway, I'm looking for opinions from everyone on this. It's what I'll be using to update my gauntlet top regardless, but I'd like to know what everyone else thinks.

And if the first pic wasn't compelling enough, this one seals the deal for me. You can clearly see those back long strips with the small cubes in front of them. Great job!!!

BTW I think all the sellers on ebay also know now that these old MPC model kits and very well asked in the moment lol as the prices were getting high very fast on these sets the last days.

Greetings Guido

Awesome finds guys, truelly epic detective work.

All we need now is someone to get one have it scanned to recreate a accurate peice, and we can all start making our backpacks and guantlets lol.

keep on digging :)

The details on the back of the cannon on both sides come from the recessed circular pieces in the front end of the MPC Milenium Falcon model.

Here are the canon details... it looks like there may be an addition piece in the inset detail... I'll keep looking on that, but the main part is definitely the Millennium Falcon parts.

In looking more, the right side (the top of the above photos) is one single piece, it has just been broken and reglued very poorly). Still looking at the left side.

According to Steve Wang when speaking to Carl the pictures of this cannon was the one that was repaired after the explosion.

Thought I would post all the pics of the found parts for the pack here as well in case anyone else wants to help Slave1 in his search.
