POTC: Pirates codex book

I would love to make the pirates codex book from POTC 3 however I have not done will in finding good. So anything would help right about know. The bts of the film was not much of a help everything when by so fast any ways.

It is a very big book!!! Yeah, I'd like to tackle it one of these days. I have several good screen caps of it from Screeenmusings.org
