Keeping in mind that POTC 5 goes into production 2015,
I have been working on replicating the Pirata Codex.
With each attempt comes improvements.
Here is what I have so far.
I'm always looking for feedback, so have at it.

I received some much appreciated feedback the the individual who wanted the prototype
for a gift for his friend...
"Good evening!
Yes I just got the package this morning and the book was so amazing that I wanted to keep it! I just wanted to mention that you did an amazing job! You really have an amazing talent! I just shipped the book to my friend and he will receive it just in time. I will make sure to send you the photos that he will send me of it downrange. Thank you again for your amazing work!"
I'm still working on perfecting the cover but am really happy with the contents.

Where have all the Pirates gone?

I am a pirate and a gypsy. I like your work very much, I would enjoy it very much, I would trade you a piece of eight for it. No joke.

Thank you for the kind remarks.
There is indeed content on every page.
I was fortunate to have the complete content of the original
codex prop, prior to it's being gutted (for Keith Richard's convenience).
For accuracy, I replicated the entire text (misspelled words and all) in
my rendition. I did take poetic license, however, in the dimensions of the book.
I wanted to create a codex that each individual pirate might keep with his
personal possessions.

Your weathering is great and I can't help but wish for a day to spend flipping through the pages of that book!

I've sent a PM over hoping to talk to you about a piece of my own. Wonderful job Ichabods!
