post your spidey pics

Fun pics, Corey, great pose!
Yea, going out in public in a spidey suit is a real trip. In my raimi suit I was once within five minutes given VIP access to a special event being held at a swanky hotel out of the blue and then politely removed by security for causing a ruckus. People LOVE spidey.

Haha, that's awesome and so true! They do! When we went to National Mechanics in Philly, the bouncer said,

"Sorry man, I can't let you in without ID."
"Come on, dude, I just swung in from New York. I don't have pockets in this baby."
"I can't let you in, man..."
"Where do you even think I'll put my drinks? I gotta keep my identity a secret, brother!"
"Ya know what? ...just do what you do, man. Come on in!"

It was hilarious haha So many hugs and high fives.

hey fellow spidy wearers i need help tea got spilt on my suit its left horrible dark patches all over what is the safest way to wash it the shoes are permanently glued to the costume and some of the stains are ontop of the foot the shoes are the asics dirt dogs? thanks in advance

Maybe you can get it dry cleaned? Idk I had inquired once the best way to wash one of these suits but never got a reply. And man drinking in the suit sounds like fun but having to go to the bathroom in a club or bar with the suit doesn't :/

Most people hand wash it, but I haven't heard of anyone spilling anything on it. Definitely take it to the dry cleaners and let them know how extra delicate it is.

Just posted photos from Day 1 of Philly Comic Con! Click here and like PhillySpidey on facebook to check them all out!

The general rule of thumb for washing a spidey suit at home is to turn it inside out and wash it with a load of towels.

I'd recommend taking it to a pro though.

And if that fails, make a battle damaged suit. :lol

my fiance is confident that a cloth and cold water can remove the stains i just dont know how ever a dry cleaner can do the foot section without removing the shoes :/

Pretty darn awesome, streetknowledge! Good to see an Orhadar symbiote. Throw some soles on that suit, brother!

Great job, TheChosenOne! Very clean work.

I FINALLY finished updating the webs and completing the shoes for my Ultimate Spider-Man suit. I can't even comprehend how you ASM guys don't go insane while applying puff paint. Just darkening these thin black lines took over 10 hours of dedicated work, and I didn't even have to wait for areas to dry! Gadzooks. It must take like 80 hours to puff paint one of those movie suits. Hat's off to you gents.:eek :cheers :thumbsup
I finished the suit last night and then took it to the Long Beach Comic Expo (a one day mini-con) today. I should have more photos to share of the day soon, it was really fun, but right now I only have these shots: early morning sleep deprived Peter Parker and then a much happier Spidey holding some badass comics later in the day.
Cheers.
:)

This has probably been asked on this thread but do you sell your pattern for this suit? I'm trying to collect patterns people have been making on here to make a wardrobe of suits. So far I have the amazing spiderman 2012 & 2014 suit and a mile morales suit. Interested in your suit, if not that's cool. Your suit looks quite intense especially with your eye frames and lenses with the suit. Mad jealous, sweet job my dude.
