Great stuff, man looking good!

Lunaman, thanks very much for such a thoughtful description and advice on how to enjoy an "evening at the theater" and help make people smile. I'd say you are a true ambassador of Spidey. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. It gives me lots of confidence to try it out myself.
Kevin
I appreciate the kind words, man. Go spread the love.

Here's a shot from my local 'Free Comic Book Day' event. It was a lot of fun, but WAY too hot outside, haha.

I decided to get in on the FCBD action at my local store, Atomic Comics. I had fun and had a moment which totally melted my heart... One small boy who appeared to be developmentally slow/disabled was brought by his parents, and was so happy and excited to meet "Spider-Man", he just had to stand next to me the entire time they were there. He couldn't talk very well but the message was clear... It had made his day. It made me think about the larger impact some of us fans have when cosplaying.

A few pics taken by the owner of the store that he posted online:

Looking great, Joe!

And yea, definitely, you make an even bigger impact on the young fans than you might think.

Here's a message I got from a parent today.
"That was good of you to come out to the event; my daughter won't stop talking about how she saw 'the real Spider-Man' even though she was afraid of you yesterday and wouldn't come up to you. Haha"

Ooof. My heart.

That at is an awesome shot Lunaman! That looks like a comic cover. You pull off Spidey extremely well!
Thanks, man! Here's a couple more. I recently went to visit a children's hospital with Wonder Woman to give out comic books and donated toys.

Jun from "The Comic Bug" set everything up and was spectacular, he's the gentlemen over my shoulder. And Mattel provide toys for the outing.

We met some really great superhero fans, and some of them signed a release so we can share the pictures we took:
