Tobor, what'd you use to make the stiff rounded foundation for the upper portion of the helmet? I've always wondered what the used to make the film/tv helmet (under the leather).

Helmet is made out of newspaper. First I inflated a balloon then covered it with paper mache'.
I should of made the balloon bigger to make the helmet more rounder, being made from paper its very light to wear
