Pixelated Tifa Lockhart head from Final Fantasy 7

So I've recently been commisioned by someone I met while cosplaying @ NYCC 15'. His request was for a pixelated head piece of Tifa Lockhart (assuming it was for his girlfriend or close friend).

The idea for this thread was to post a couple printscreens and photgraphs of the entire process from creating the digital model from scratch down to its fabrication and finishing touches.

If you guys/gals have any questions or even advice for me feel free to let me know!

Began with looking for reference images I could use to start shaping a 2D drawing on AutoCAD, luckily there are pretty decent front and side views online of Tifa thanks to a quick google search.
