I had a go at this myself for a cinema display back when the film was coming out, I didn't get it finished in time, but got some great info on some of the pieces so gave it a good shot in a short time.
Sao Fengs sea-glass pendant is a bit of a tricky one, short of making it yourself.
Mistress Chings glasses are of course 'pince nez' style glasses and are very easy to obtain. Though it might take a little more digging to find a pair from the correct time period.
I obtained Gentleman Jocards cutters from a woman selling various handmade things she had collected during her years in africa and the surrounding areas, I picked them up and instantly recognised them from the pictures I'd been supplied with, I'm not sure they're tobacco cutters though, she said the men in the village she obtained them in were happy to see the back of them, infact her exact words were "little boys 'thingy' cutters! why would you want those! Doesnt it make you want to cross your legs?" - Not wanting to delve much into that I just said, I had a friend who collected that kind of thing and quickly said my goodbyes :lol
The Snuff box is a: "Horn Snuff Mull" - my budget really hasnt been able to stretch to one of , they're on eBay on a daily basis, but being quite saught after by collectors, perfect examples are usually a few hundred pounds or so.
The broken bottle top is probably the easiest, just find a bottle you like and take a little care :angel
