Pirate costume

Looking for a bit of help here. Got my sons birthday coming up in october and he wants a full pirate blow out. So i wanted to get together a proper pirate costume but were ever i look its always fancy dress or brushed velvet. As i live in poole in the uk we have Harry paye day ever year so it won't be used once. Cheers for any help

For Kid stuff that they are going to outgrow before its finished sewing, I just throw something piratey together and have them shout, "ARRRRHHH" a lot.
