That looks great Andy!!

I have a sneaking suspicion that once you are done you'll have the most "production" accurate bike of anyone here.

I found an apple red paint with primer. I'm going to get my frame and fork sand blasted tomorrow so I can paint it, then add clear coat.

D..... I downloaded those files. They are great thank you!

Small update, I glued my tank emblem on :).
I think for the screw hole I'll put in a white screw in it and it will all blend in.

I love it! Not only is it accurate, but the shine on those pieces makes it all the more better!

Also, you're welcome for the sounds. I hope you make good use of em!

Thanks. I love the shininess of it all. I know it's not "production" accurate, but I think it's Dottie accurate. After seeing several of the screen used bikes, I decided to take approach of making it look how it looks on the screen to the audience.

A bike worthy of Francis salivating over it.

It's a lovely replica. Just that finding a rocket ray lately has been a massive pain. Working ones go for over $150 in good condition. Surprised no one's tried doing reproductions of them.

Thanks guys! It's been a while but im back to working on the bike again. Also Rocket Rays are getting kind of pricey. I saw a few on ebay the other day that weren't too expensive but they still had a few days left of bidding. I got my delta for $100 bucks which I turned around and sold and then got my super rocket for $60. I lucked out because these are hard to find at a good price.

Working on the persons siren now, how did you guys cover up the holes on top? I made a 2" round plate and placed it on the inside and welded from the top. Made a quick little pulley, might make another out of plastic.

Also I think I finally found the elusive 4" mirror! Has the amber reflector though.

Just shipped, should have it in a couple days! After I get the brass plate that goes behind the seat I think I will have everything to start mock up!

Way to go Frank, I think you're gonna set the record for the quickest build!, your wheel siren looks awesome!,

I have a question for everybody that has got their chain guard rocket ornament done, I have used 5 minute epoxy, hot glue, etc. to glue the "Popsicle sticks" on and they keep falling off!, I was wondering what you all used to glue yours on?
