Pee-Wee's Big Adventure Bike

Thanks guys!
Ryan - yes made a thin bracket out of 18g steel first then once I got the shale I used 1/8 for strength.

Cracker 30 2 - not sure if anyone on here is selling them at the moment, I was looking for one as well but couldn't find one. If you like I can send you some pics of mine on the frame and could maybe make one more.

Thanks BrownieICT!

I picked up a springer fork today and a friend of mine informed me he found me a super rocket ray! Hopefully I get it in the mail this week. IMG_3097.jpg

Little progress on the frame skirt and ribs. I'm using 1/2 aluminum for the ribs. Used the press to give them a little bend, need to shape the largest rib a little more so it flows better and doesn't have a kinked look. Once I polish the ribs they will match my tank emblems.

Nice work Frank, you must work in a machine shop or sheet metal shop, with the all alloy X-1 parts, should change your handle to P.W. Stark, since you're building the Mark Xl bike, I like it!

Abe is making the large housing style, that is screen correct, if you bought the siren from Jack it is the smaller version that is missing the back plate because his mold broke, I don't know which one you have, and I don't know if anyone is making any parts for the small one right now.

I can do one for the small version. It's modified from the original but I think it turned out nice. It's all laser cut out of black acrylic.

Well I finally finished my new tiger siren and couldn't be happier. Thankfully I was able to get ahold of a box that had the PAT TAIWAN on it like the screen used bikes and the original tiger sticker, which seems to go missing....even on the real bikes. I know they are silly little details, but it makes me happy.

I am offering these to the board and the rest as an unlimited run, so if anyone is interested, please feel free to check out my thread:

Anyhow....here is my siren. I just need to add the microphone and finish having the new base plate machined and it's ready to go on my bike!!
