LOVING the red/purple combo. Gigitty...
Well the open mouth is nearly ready for mouth and teeth, the cheaks just need the final darkest layer of burgandy/purple.
Then the p2 called PINKY ( for now )
all the 1st reds.........i mean pinks are done, as you can see i have not been to botherd about making the colour solid, as the other overlaying reds will mask that and hopefully give it some depth, instead of a flat red.
he is definately looking light in the loafers at present. in the next couple of days i will try to macho his ass up abit.

Colors and patterns are looking sweet. This phase of the P2 paintup is always the best 
Yeah i do not see why not. ive been bouncing back and forth with p2 paint ups trying different things, some times harsh lines and crisp, others very soft.
the obvious choice which i should have realised long ago was to mix, getting the mix right still evades me in my opinion. but hey ho.
Yeah im sure if you paint in layers with acrylics you can get the same effect or better.

Back onto this today, temps are near freezing, so i have not got as much done as i hoped.
AGAIN this is not a tutorial/Huntorial/ me saying this is how it is to be done, I am NO professional and NO authority on ANYTHING pred related. this is just how i chose to do it.
SO i made my next batch of RED, and this time it is a few shades darker, this is NOT thinned with isopropynol, just neat FW INKS. Where there are BIG patches of red, i again use the mottling pattern/technique, this gives a random effect to the red and makes it not a solid one colour ( otherwise i would have wasted my time doing the pinky red in the 1st layer )
I did the LEFT side of the head ( left as we look at it ) but have not touched the right side as yet. in hope it would show, but it does not really show up sadly.
I will be doing one more final DARK red, again really random and mottly ( is that even a word? ) then some light shading in black , which will be thinned with isopropynol.
