Totally loving the sculpt, Lee.
Though I'm not too fussed on the blue paintup myself. I'm more into the browns and tans.
Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Starting another one right now. I will be on stickam for a few hrs.

George gave me some cool ideas with UROMASTYX patterns, and although i will not be copying a certain type, maybe i can use some of the markings to help me along

Do you need to use prosaide with FW inks< or can you just seal it with permawet?

I always use Prosaide.

After looking at the repiles i then moved onto snakes, and DarkHuntress suggested a ball python esq pattern, which i really liked the idea of.

i think i have washed out the copper colours though with the bright yellows, so i will have to resume work on it tomorrow.

ok heres what the day ended up with, decided to really mucky his pythony ass up.

the spots are not all ball python as they are more random and less round, but thats where the idea was taken from, the bloody shimmering copper is still not showing up, maybe it will when permawetted.

anyway heres what i have so far, still needs tweaking and the mouth doing.

I obviously need to be more thorough when I pop by the lair because for some stupid ass reason this is the first time I have seen this thread!!!

First off, killer Sculpt, Lee! (As always) I really like this spin on the P1, unique but recognizable. Seriously a really cool version. And the fact that you whipped it up so fast is absolutely insane.

I love all 3 paint-ups. I'm always an forever a huge fan of the original P1 colors and patterns, and the commissioned paint-up is sick! The Blue-sharky version is actually one of my favorite custom paint schemes. Just a really cool spin on it. And for my own, I've been contemplating and looking at all sorts of snake skin patterns so I give you huge Kudos for attempting such bright bold colors with the last one. Can't wait to see it finished.
