P1 Stunt. Second Visit.

Guys.
I need some help please?

After a day or two of the above paint I had some bubbles come up in the area between the eyes.
I've rubbed it down and re painted a few times and the keep popping up.

I have now even taken it right back to the resin, cleaned it thoroughly, let it stand a day or two, re filled and re painted. A couple of days between primer and top coat also.

Guess what. Bubbles. Im ******* gutted. I just dont know what it could be and I'm strating to get real pissed off.
It's not the filler cos I mix it very thoroughly and even used a new batch. new primers and top paints.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What brand/type of primer are you using? Is the top coat the same brand/type? This is really freakin' strange. Where are storing it to let it cure? Controlled temperature/humidity environment, as in, A/C'd room or in a humid garage?

The primers and tops are the same type and brand. I have always used these for spraying and had no issues.

I leave it in my dining room, so household type environment. 21C ish

Well it has taken me so long to stop this thing from bubbling but it finaly did.
Bottom line is that I don't know what the problem was. I ended up taking it right back to the resin and then some.
I don't know if it was something comming out of the resin but as soon as I dug some away it stopped.

Anyhoo...

Since I had to pretty much start again I decided to re shape the nose. Ok it's nothing like the original stunt shape anymore but I like it this way. It's a lot more flat and squared.

I'm gona fit the lasers in the next day or two. Paint the air hose slug black. fit the cheek hose attachment and hoses also.
Should be finished shortly. Wey hey. This one has been a journey. Frustrating but enjoyable.
