Original Smallville props, sets, wardrobe up for sale

I was just about to post this myself. Wish I was closer...and had some cash.

Would be cool to at least visit and get pics! Anyone here that can go get us pics and cheap props?

3 day liquidation sale on thousands of items from over 10 years of production on the series "Smallville" !!

wish i lived closer too...

I contacted the people selling everything. It's nothing worth flying out for. No hero costumes, no hero props or anything. Just stuff like furniture, set dressings and off the rack clothes .

K I am now officially bumbed out! I just found this site I live 3 1/2 hours away from Vancouver I have been trying to find out about set dressing prop sales of shows that are filmed in Vancouver area, to no avail?! Fringe Supernatural some films and of course Smallville..I would certainy be into going and snaging members some loved items from the show, just someone let me know about these sales and Ill do my best to retrieve some cool stuff for everyone even overseas..by the way Im EM nice to be here and meet you all!

It's true, I worked on the show, and went to the sale. All of the hero props and costumes went to the WB Archive. The cast weren't even able to get their own pieces (ie: Justin couldn't get the Green Arrow suit).

Some stuff was available. The only pieces I was able to get that were at all recognizable were:

One of the Kandorian coats from the season 9 finale "Salvation"

A pair of the original Green Arrow boots (from before they changed the costume)

And a painting that hung in the Luthor Mansion

You can see it here to the left of the fireplace

Everything else I got was pretty generic.

A friend of mine got Faora's leather coat from "Pandora". I was shocked it was being sold, and didn't go to Archive.

None of the really cool stuff I wanted (other than the coat and painting) were there though. I really wanted the Dark Archer's costume from "Disciple".

Prices varied. I got the coat and all of the clothing for a steal of a deal. All of the artwork was more expensive, but on the last day everything was cut by another 50%, so while it was more than I wanted to spend, I got the painting at about 1/4 it's original value.

I got 4 coats, a leather vest, 6 pairs of boots, 12 shirts, a scarf, 3 belts and the painting for $600. The painting was the most expensive item.

Hey Zeppo,

Were there any Painted S Blur shirts at the auction? I always wanted one and was hoping they'd be for sale up there so some would eventually make their way on ebay or somewhere else I'd have a chance at getting one.

Thanks Sara, I LOVE the coat, that and the painting were two things I most wanted. The boots are actually Harley boots, I'd have killed to find a pair of New Rocks.

I wanted one of the coats from the moment I first saw them on set.

The painting is about 4'x3'

$25 :)

When set sales are handled privately, you get everything for dirt cheap. When auction and memorabilia companies come in, that's when you end up paying through the nose for stuff.

:$ damn, that's such a steal! $25... that's like peanuts.. lucky!
did they have any of those Smallville school jackets? The ones the jocks wore in season 1,2 etc.
Saw it back in 2003/04 I think on the WB website, probably discontinued now:cry
