Opinions on new pred designs

howdy!

I am a noob to the lair, and wanted to see how the elders feel about expression of new ideas concerning the preds look and design. My idea is a Viking themed pred with different armor, and bio than usual. Myself I feel as if the preds have been around for centuries, they would have many different looks and feels and stories. I feel like some the elder preds would even have a different look to them i.e scars, or larger teeth due to age. Armor could reflect time periods from all over the spectrum. What are your thoughts?

My thoughts are that any suit design should be either 100% as accurate as possible OR you should make something custom that would meld perfectly into the current movie montage of suit designs.

Personally i hate any cross genre suits, like the darth maul pred suit i thought made the least amount of sense.
Viking themed pred could be nice but i can picture it now, all giant horns and such.

go custom but keep it real and low key.

Most of the time....less is more. I agree with Gene, new Pred concepts are great when done with repect to the original design and the introduced details. Lil more than my 2 cents.
