Here's an 'in progress' look at the Cobra Commander Helmet Visor. Notice the subtle curves and shapes that capture various light reflections all over.

It was also mentioned on the FB page that the Snake Eyes visor will be proper smoke tinted clear plastic.

I believe David's off to NYCC so he probably didn't get the chance to post here.

Love the storm troopers and the tron. Meh @ all the gi joe Movie items. I grew up watching both transformers and Gi Joe as a kid the movies trash the memories of both! (Laser rifles people. they used LASER RIFLES...Not bullets) but that's just me lol

Be that as it may, the costumes from GIJOE Retaliation are just incredibly designed on film...which is why we're continuing to press forward - full steam ahead - with this outerwear replica line.
We each have our own emotional connections to these childhood fantasies...and however or wherever they may land as adults is perfectly fine, and respected. I just hope our efforts in replicating these awesome uniforms does not get lost in the feeling of nostalgia along the way.

Hope for the opposite, Hope the new generation of Gi Joe fans are so nostalgic for the movies the new versions of Storm shadow snake eyes and the rest, that everything released is bought in doubles. No matter what the movie cartoon or other there will always be fans like myself who long for days gone by and versions that have evolved.

The craftsmanship of all of the items listed are absolutely exquisite, My original comment wasn`t meant to take away from or Demean any of the work put in to the items. I mean The Snake Eyes is not that far off the cartoon version.

You have to go a little old school and type out the image tags like

then insert the URL for the JPEG image in between the tags. If you use the automatic image function included in the forum then it always attaches it as an image.

You'd be surprised how difficult it is to color match various white fabrics so that they all work together seamlessly as they did on film.
The very top print is 'finally' the perfect color and texture...and below is a bit of a tease showing the coat partially.
Stormshadow and Snake Eyes are on the way!
