Life events necessitate my continued selling of items from my personal collection. Some of these are things I thought I'd never sell.

Up for sale here is:
My Kill Bil Bride's sword. This is another one of those I really don't want to let go of so I might pull the sale if I sell other items first. Started life as a licensed replica (Windlass?) but completely redone by me. Hand-wrapped ITO with GOOD Japanese leather. Blade is tempered steel and VERY sharp (ask my finger while I worked on it... ouch). Accurate lioness carving and gold foil tape in the saya. (Saya has been dinged and weathered as if used in battle.) Kashira, menuki, tsuba, kojiri and other parts sourced directly from Japan, hand-cast by the same maker that did them for the film. The foo-dog was engraved "by hand" using a pantograph, by a small company that do carvings for museums and the Swedish royal family. (Took me months to find someone willing to engrave tempered steel!) Count on shipping being around $80 (full insurance, another 150). I will only ship thie EMS express!
