Had the chance to squeeze in some time in my workshop over the last few days...here are the "results"

Received the new, lighter wood shoulder stock for my Jawa blaster...shaped, stained and installed it.
Now I am calling it done :)

Started adding the greeblies to my new Bespin blaster...here´s how it looks atm.
Still waiting for the other greeblies (SLA prints) to arrive.

Also took the chance to sort through my Sterling box with the intention to determine which SMG I am going to use for my new fully dressed "post-production" ANH E11 as well as my revised stunt ANH E11...I think I narrowed it down.

The second from the left will be used for my post-production E11

The right one will be used as the base for my new stunt ANH E11.
A bit hesitant to start cutting it down...

NICE NICE NICE
I wanna all them

Dynodes, like the ones used on Vader’s reveal helmet, the emperor’s throne, and the Endor mines.

Hello again... it´s update time ;)

Let´s start with some more WIP pics of my new Bespin guard blaster.
I´d say it´s ready for final painting and slight weathering now :)

Next is a Jyn blaster, based on an airsoft Luger with Field Masrhall´s excellent conversion kit. Only applied a bit of weathering, which doesn´t show too well due to lighting condition here on my desktop...

Next is a long wanted upgrade/ rebuild of my fully dressed "Luke promo" E11, based on real Sterling, scope, counter, Roy´s track and FM´s powercylinders. While I tried to recreate that stubby mag with the sculpted mag-bottom, I did not add a scope-bracket, that screws to the receiver instead of the rear sight ...YET ;)

Next pics show my recently finished rebuilt ANH stunt E11, based on a real Sterling, scope and counter, FM´s cylinders and Roy´s track, along with actual cast metal parts. Have an extra mag with that fugly wood-block inserted as well.

Here´s a group shot of my current E11 family...might add one or two variations in the future ;)

Also managed to tweak my MerrSonn a bit, by adding the correct Din plug and a machined metal disc for the blasters left side.

Thanks for looking!

So what are the actual parts on the sides of the Mer Sonn mag well? I didn't know anyone found them yet! I sold the one I did with Boba Debt's kit a year or two ago after the little airplane kit parts over the barrel were found. I really like this blaster so I want to do an accurate version. Is that built on a real Mauser or Denix? The latter is probably stupid question seeing who I'm asking.

The updated pieces and additions look great, Markus! I am really starting to grow fond of the Erso pistol.

Nice updates, Markus.

Any more original parts there on the Bespin? Or just printed?

Hey Marcus

This blaster features the metal parts I got from you (tweaked the gears a bit), plus all know/ yet identified add-on parts (Phantom, V8, coffee stirrer). The rest are 3D printed.

The blaster is based on an MGC with a real C96 trigger.
Parts on the right side of the mag well are -imho- the same buttons also found on the DDCD front sight, the Rexim based TK blaster, Luke´s hunting rifle etc. One of these buttons is missing the actual pushplate, revealing the internals.

I wanted to use real -but sadly inaccurate- buttons on my recent build. So there´s still room for upgrades ;)
The blasters left side features a Transcriptor pulley disc (smaller O.D.) and some yet to be identified greeblies with washers underneath. I used some real Transcriptor parts as stand-ins

Ok, thanks. I thought maybe I wasn't paying attention and missed a bunch of info. Is that pulley the same one from the record player they used?

20 years ago my dad had a real functional Mauser and was selling it to focus mostly on U.S. Civil War weapons and he asked me if I wanted it. I couldn't see using it and potentially messing it up! There's probably a lot of them, but still.
