Obscure but really cool props

I know this is probably a recurring theme, but I was wondering what obscure but really cool props you'd like to see done.

First on my list is the Rabbits Foot from Mission Impossible 3.

Next I'd like to see one of the Screamers from the movie of the same name.

What's yours?

I seem to be cursed with a profound love of obscure (and therefor hard to find/build) props

-Existenz gristle gun and gamepod
-Cronos bug
-Surgical tools from 'Dead Ringers'
-Dark city syringes
-Bonesword from 'Pact de Loupes'

and a whole lot more, some of which i am already working on or plan to work on at some stage.

I too would love the Cronos bug.

Also want the Kothoga statue from "The Relic".

(This is the mini-one which comes with the Kothoga model kit)

Would LOVE a mounted head of one of the "Burrowers" as well.

A good version of the pistol from "I Come in Peace." I made one years ago that left a little to be desired. LOL.

Also the miniguns from "Deep Rising" would be cool.

Weren't they just straight up, unmodified, Calico automatic pistols?

Minor modifications, a simple piece on the muzzle to make it bigger, and a panel on the left side with a switch and light-up l.e.d.s.

There is a stunt version on e-bay currently, I hope this is okay, search under Kelly Freas.

David.

I come in peace

Hello, I don't know if you're interested, but I have a hard rubber prop casting of a Calico for sale, that could easily be converted into a nice stunt version of the gun from "I come in peace" LMK Thanks Dan Stokes ddstokes@aol.com

Never seen anything on this one:
I always wanted to build the Shrinking Ray Gun from Honey I shrunk the Kids. I really love the design of it. Unfortunately I don't have enough reference material... Turns out there is not a single photo of the back of the darn thing! No idea what that area looks like at all.

Don't wanna hijack this thread, but if anyone has anything on this one I'd be more than happy :)

oh, almost forgot the musical device from "masters of the Universe"

you mean the Cosmic Key. I have several pics from when the working hero prop went up on ebay a while back. if those will help someone build one I will gladly post them.

Wow, as soon as I saw the topic and before I had opened or read the thread, I searched out the following picture. Imagine my surprise when not one but two people had already requested it. In fact, I'll take everything on LeMarchand's list... ;)

Some obscure props I'd like to have:

The VR headgear and gloves from "Johnny Mnemonic."
The SQUID/Playback Decks (the "American" and "Japanese" versions) from "Strange Days"
The Dr. Elvin "El" Lincoln "stand-in" doll (for after he shrinks) and the Misfits basketball jersey from the first episode of "Misfits of Science"
Corley Motors T-Shirt (pre-shrunk) and Corley Motors toy rabbit from the game "Full Throttle"
The knife and the "Bloodstone" necklace worn by Diane in "The Velvet Vampire" (granted, I'm a guy, it'd seem weird to have a woman's necklace for my prop collection. But if it was a replica of the one from "The Velvet Vampire", I'd say why not? For those who have not seen "The Velvet Vampire", you can view it in it's entirety at YouTube, it's NC-17, even for a grindhouse picture, but does include minor gore and nudity. You can click here to view it).
The Brainscan game CD from "Brainscan"
Chas' "portrait" picture taken by Turner from "Performance"

I have one of the SQUIDS, you can see it here:

It's missing some greeblies, but you get the idea. :cool

Is the 'Japanese' one the smaller one? All that was is the square part with the disc in it, all the other pieces come off (they are actually connected by RCA plugs).

What I really need is the 'head loom' thing. Anyone know what they were made of?
