Honestly I don’t remember, I’ve had it for 10-15 years. I did get it from a very limited run that was done outside of the RPF. Stormpath maybe?who made this... its gorgeous

While I normally do idealized features, I dont see why I couldnt do uneven grips. It will feel more likean apprentice built hilt i guessFollowing this with interest! Existential question though: even or uneven grips given it's based off of the v3?
Uneven grip rings on your design would also make it more unique and set it apart as a new iconic version of this lightsaber. While I normally do idealized features, I dont see why I couldnt do uneven grips. It will feel more likean apprentice built hilt i guess
There are 2 side views (different books, left and right). So the only unseen area to add stuff is the back side where the "covertec" is.
It's not done yet and your input helps me reconcile better ideas.
That makes it worse for me LOL... I am an engineer not an artist... a billion things could be behind the oposing side.Clearly, for the second side view they "accidentally" mirrored the, uh, Visual Dictionary promotional photo so we have no idea what's on the other side of the saber.![]()
That makes total sense. The hilt never had a covertec so uppon recovery he added a d ring. Noice.Maybe Obi-Wan added a d-ring to the pommel?
