Noble collection ravenclaw diadem

Also Movie Treasures says they take the diadem out to secure it. Question is whether they are careful enough to do this at all. I will let you know the state if my diadem once it arrives.

Received the diadem today. All gems are still attached. Box is mostly fine except dents on two of the bottom corners.

Is Movie Treasures addressing your problem?

Nice - congratulations. Yeah Sue confirmed return plans with me today so I'll be sending it off tomorrow or Wednesday. Think it'll be a good two weeks til I get another one delivered though!

Hope she will personally check the diadem then! I noticed that the diadem box is shipped in a tight cardboard box, which clearly is not well thought out.

I doubt personally checking them would do much difference to be honest. She already stated the one I received was fine when they shipped it and I have no reason to disbelieve them. It's obviously not their fault Noble haven't thought this one through!

The only thing that could be different would be to ship the Noble white shipper box within another box with more packaging. I don't think those white shipper boxes do much to protect!

Well three weeks later and I finally recieve my diadem replacement from Movie Treasures. It seems every time they received replacements from Noble, they too were damaged. I wonder if that's why Noble themselves aren't selling it from their site.

Although the box was again damaged (probably moreso than the first one), I'm pleased to say the diadem itself was fine - all gems intact!

This means that (for now anyway) my Potter display is complete. Hurrah!

Well that's great! I've got a feeling that the dents in the display box corners are due to postage or even noble them selfs! Ive just posted some photos of my stuff from Florida not sure if the photos links work
