I'm sorry that you found out the hard way that the replica coins are so bad, Paulv70. However thanks for warning us. I almost ordered the "Noble" coins instead of getting the Wal-mart version. Who would have thought that the Wal-mart version would be so much better.

Yea after the whole "What did I pay for a vacformed ABS mask?!?!" from the harry potter line fiasco, I don't have much faith in Noble anymore.

I did want to get the batarang or maybe the mini mine but I just get a little nervois when it comes to this company.

I just ordered a couple of mini mines. I found a post on the statueforum.com with a hands on review of the mini mine and it looked good so I think I am safe with that one.

I also ordered a "grapnel gun", but with this one I was unable to find a review of it so it's a total crap shoot. It looks accurate from the pictures but as we know, NC pictures are worthless.

Okay folks, I've received the Dark Knight Special Edition Cowl this evening and I have to say I LIKE IT. It is heavy and it is not completely hollow but it looks pretty accurate and displays great. This is a keeper for me.

how big is it? I have a begins cowl cast off an original and its massive, just wondering if this is also huge, it could have some liniage to an original

Can you take a well lit picture of the bridge of the nose- the area between the brows?? The films original mask a very distinct line pattern there.

It is supped to be 1:1. I have a Janty Begins and aside from the neck it is of very similar proportion. I will take pictures with them side by side today.

The bands on the collar are a bit different in contrast to the film version. As far as I can tell the mask part looks like it a 1 off casting of the film used mask. Is there a defined indented line on the top of the head? This is promising news. Maybe that Emmett Kelly styled Joker Mask is also a 1 off. Fingers crossed....

The indentation is slight, in comparison to the Janty, but it is there. I will take more photos later today.

The Noble Collection website doesn't say what it is made of but it an eBay auction I had read claimed it was resin with a rubberized coating. That seems to be accurate. It is heavy enough to be fiberglass and the coating does feel rubberish.
