I did call to tell them I'd be returning them and mentioned the email from Adriana, and the fact that the coins look nothing like the picture. All they said was "I'm sorry, but if you send it back we'll issue you a refund". Makes me very dubious about the Joker mask I ordered but in for a penny, in for a pound.
Here's two other shots showing the case. If I was interested I could probably put my PTK coin in one slot and get another fresh coin to put in the other, but I'm not.
And yes, it does look like they just spray painted the "scarred" side with some brass color.

perhaps it was a last minute change they had to make - wasnt there a shipping delay on these? Or am I just remembering wrong (cant find what I thought I read)? Even though its a crappy replica, I'd be shocked if the person you called intentionally just lied about the COPY...

It's from Noble's "Holiday 2008" catalog and it does not have the Joker mask listed.
