no country for old men transponder

I am looking to make a replica of the transponder tracking device from no country for old men.

I don't need it to actually track anything just beep and light up. It should need a green led, a small beeper, a volt meter, and a switch. I would also need some sort of intermitentet switch that would make it beep every few seconds does anyone have any ideas on that. I was thinking of a turn signal flasher but I dont know if that would work or not. I also need one of these green project boxes. If anyone can specifically identify a source for any of the parts let me know.

You can get intermitant Piezo buzzers. Radio Shack used to carry them.
You will also need an LED clip for the green LED
