NIKE, you can go to hell. I'm making my own NIKE MAG's *NEW LED's* 12-21 pg.21

That is beautiful work Clone. I am not sure you'll be able to injection mold the foam upper. I think the hardest part will be to be able to get the fabric sewn in a pattern so that it can be glued to the upper and then have the fabric wrap inside the shoe. If you look at the real MAGs you'll see that the fabric is sewn together from the inside-out.

Amazing as always cloneprops!! Did you get my PM from a couple weeks ago? I know it's a long way off still, but we're dying to know if you're going to be selling anything with these....

Yes Jedifyfe, probably the worst part is fixing the fabric to the foam....the original mags have the same way of your technique.

Im SO tired, tomorrow reply to your questions....

That is great Clone! I would definitely like to get your "kit"

Have you powered the LED's and the EL sheet off the two batteries? I am not sure you will get a lot of long lasting power from those batteries.

Hi Jedifyfe¡¡¡
Miliamperes(mA) is the key for a long lasting batteries.
For example: I see on forums almost always a 9Volt cell for the upgrade.
that cell is about 81 miliamperes(mA) 110ohm = 81.82mA and the inverter that all use for Electroluminescence is for 5Volts¡¡¡

the button cells for my "white piece" is rechargeable.A professional battery used for motherboards, and long lasting electronics made by panasonic.(Panasonic lithium Vanadium vl-3032) every cell have 100mA.
more specifications see technical pdf:
http://datasheet.elcodis.com/pdf/54/42/544286/vl2330-1hf.pdf
I probably have a sole and midsole soon.At now have a kit of white pieces, bubbles, and backheels.Kit II for midsoles and transparent soles......in a short time.kit III for upper piece and other stuff maybe.
Jedifyfe, Finally I use the upper piece sculped for reference, to adjust EXACTLY the cutting pattern.I think that I have a 85% matched of the real Mcfly. lets go to 100%¡¡¡ you had reason¡¡¡

Thanks for the reply. I can't wait to see your shoes done.

What is your plan for the fabric?

For the fabric I prefer to made exactly as the original Mag,taking care with the priority to be wearable.I used a technique called "unwrapping". the 3D model is unfolded on bidimensional plane, and I have a cut pattern nearly exact as original.
